Lydia Valtind is a Senior Interaction Designer at Opencast, with a focus on user-centered design within the UCD team since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lydia worked as a User Experience Designer for VisitScotland and held multiple positions, including Senior UX Designer and Visual Designer, at Sopra Steria, where responsibilities included visual design for digital graphics. Lydia also has experience as a Freelance Graphic & Web Designer and as an Associate at Alliance Creative, contributing to various projects for notable clients like Standard Life and Tesco. Additional experience includes a role as Creative Artworker at 442 Design and Senior Designer at Ideco Design, alongside earlier work as Graphic Designer and Studio Manager at Five Square. Lydia holds a BDes (Hons) in Design Futures from Edinburgh Napier University.
