Nick Walton is a User Research Consultant at Opencast since September 2023, previously serving as a User Researcher at the NHS Business Services Authority from May 2020 to September 2023, where Nick was the sole user researcher in Primary Care Services Digitisation during the early pandemic. Nick's early career included an internship evaluating urban redevelopment projects in Nepal and pursuing various degrees in economics and related fields from universities including Glasgow and Durham.
