Stef Monaco

Stef Monaco is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Social Impact and Lead in Service Design at Opencast since May 2022. Prior to this role, Stef held positions such as Senior Service Designer at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology, Sr. Innovation Lead for Gender & Social Impact at Plan International, and Research and Advocacy Lead at the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative. Additional roles include Human Rights Advisor at the Houses of Parliament and Strategy Lead at Strategic Advocacy for Human Rights. Educated with a Master’s Degree with Distinction in Human Rights from the School of Advanced Study, University of London, and multiple degrees in International Relations, Stef has a diverse academic background that complements extensive professional experience in human rights, social impact, and service design.
