Jérôme NGO has worked in various roles for multiple companies since 2009. In 2009, they completed an internship at Kitchen Supply Direct as a Reporting Programmer, and also worked as a Private Teacher for Complétude. In 2010, they were the Responsable du pôle IT à la JuniorConsulting for IAE Aix - Graduate School of Management. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at CGI in various roles, including Consultant SAP CRM 7, Business Project Management Assistant/Support, Project Manager and Consultant on SAP MM/SD, and Architecte fonctionnel - Product Owner | Intégration solution de Facturation Opencell chez Smoove. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at Orange as Architecte fonctionnel | Intégration solution de Facturation SAP Hybris Billing, Responsable offre billing & Architecte Solution| Intégration solution chez Total, and Responsable de sujets d'innovation : Process mining, Chat Bot, Low Code - Architecte Solution. Jérôme is currently employed at Opencell as a Solution Architect - Product Manager & Pre-Sales. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction as a solution expert for billing and monetization, agile framing of needs, SI architecture study, testing, and accompanying integrators. Jérôme also participates in pre-sales, framing of target architecture, demonstrations, POCs, pricing, audits, and responses to tenders. Jérôme is also involved in product management, participating in the evolution and trajectory of the solution, specifying and testing billing runs, reports, and more.

Jérôme NGO has an extensive education history. Jérôme obtained their Scientific Baccalaureate, High school degree from lycée privé Sévigné in 1992-2006. In 2006-2008, they attended Polytech Marseille and completed their Freshman&Sophomore, Preparatory classes in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry. From 2008-2011, they obtained their Industrial engineering and computer science Engineer degree from Polytech'Marseille in Génie Industriel et Informatique, option Informatique. During the same period, they also completed their Master of Science, speciality General Management from IAE Aix - Graduate School of Management and a Managerial Skills Diploma in Management général from IAE Aix - Graduate School of Management. In addition, they also hold several certifications, including a PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER - PSM I from Scrum.org (obtained in February 2019), a PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER - PSPO I from Scrum.org (obtained in February 2019), a SAFe agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in May 2019), and a TOEIC: Test of English for International Communication from Educational Testing Service (ETS) (obtained in 2011).
