Patrick Conings

Patrick Conings has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present day. Patrick currently works as an Events & Communication Manager at Openclaims, where they are responsible for executing the event marketing strategy and generating brand awareness. Prior to this role, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Project Manager at Virology Education. From 2013 to 2019, Patrick was the Owner of SBPC ® Creative Communication, where they advised and coordinated various marketing and communication projects. Before that, they were a Co-Owner and Director of Marketing & Communications at Signed By ® from 2005 to 2013. From 2003 to 2005, they owned their own company, En Avance Marketing & Communications Consultancy, where they provided strategic marketing and communication services. Patrick started their career as an Account Executive at HCP Creative Marketing & Communication from 2001 to 2003. Patrick also has experience working as a Communications Manager and PR/Sales Assistant at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin from 1997 to 2001, and as a Trainee in the Communications Department at NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky from 1996 to 1997. Overall, Patrick has extensive experience in marketing, communications, event management, and project management.

Patrick Conings has a diverse education history. In 1992, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from Stenden University. In 1997, they attended NIMA, Nederlands Instituut voor Marketing, where they studied Public Relations. In 2003, they completed a Marketing Communications B program at SRM. In 2004 and 2005, they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and studied Journalism and Informative Writing respectively. Most recently, in 2021, they pursued Digital Marketing studies at Udacity.
