Fanny Santos

Fanny Santos is a professional with extensive experience in disability inclusion and employment consulting. As the founder and consultant at Cabinet LE BOURGEON, Fanny specializes in invisible disabilities in the workplace, offering services such as skills assessments, professional transitions, inclusive recruitment, and training in corporate environments. Additional roles include serving as a trainer at Goalmap, a discrimination and disability intervention specialist at ESG, and a professional integration coach at OpenClassrooms. Fanny has also contributed to socio-professional integration as a project manager at L'Atelier Remuménage and worked specifically with individuals with psychological disabilities at the Association Les ailes déployées and DCA HANDICAP. Fanny's educational background includes a Master’s degree in marketing, management, and communication from TBS Education and a Bachelor's degree in European communication from the Institut catholique de Toulouse. Fanny is also the creator of the podcast "Résilience Mon Amour," which aims to empower individuals who have overcome traumatic events.
