Mariam Testard is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in education, social impact, and project management. Since October 2021, Mariam has founded and directed The Good Choice, an initiative aimed at preventing school dropout among marginalized youth through civic engagement, and serves as the founder and CEO of Ushesa, a platform that connects service professionals in Comoros with diaspora members. Additionally, Mariam mentors individuals transitioning to careers in educational engineering at OpenClassrooms and has facilitated project management in the Social and Solidarity Economy for high school students through Enactus France. Previous roles include project management in training at CDC Habitat and Natixis Assurance Non Vie, along with a background in digital learning and change management at OPPBTP, Olympus France, Capgemini, and Michael Page. Mariam holds a Master's degree in Sociology with a focus on HRIS and educational engineering, and has acquired professional coaching certification and mental health first aid training from various institutions.
