Nicolas Guerin

Nicolas Guerin serves as the VP of Technology at OpenClassrooms since October 2018, overseeing the Technology department, which includes Infrastructure, Development, Security, Quality, IT, and Salesforce. Nicolas is responsible for defining the Technology vision and strategy, managing a team of 5 Engineering Managers and 40 engineers, and leading company-wide initiatives. Prior to this role, Nicolas held titles such as VP of Engineering and Engineering Manager, focusing on team growth, performance metrics, and collaboration with the Product team. Additional experience includes founding the Managers In Tech meetup at Meetup, and working at PhotoBox, Bluestreak Technology, and Sagemcom in software development roles. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in Embedded Systems and has participated in global management programs.
