Philip Seers

Mr. Seers is a former investment banker, an experienced investor and a director of several companies.

As a member of Credit Suisse First Boston, Philip was principally involved in the Eurobond primary market. He subsequently jointly founded Phoenix Securities as Managing Partner and was involved in Corporate Finance in the Financial Services sector as well as Private Equity investments focused on mid-market UK companies. Philip later served as Managing Director, European Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Mr. Seers is currently a director of Said Holdings and Legacy Hill Resources. Philip is a graduate of Oxford University and the PMD Program at Harvard Business School.
