William Truong

William Truong is the Chief Technology Officer at OpenCommerce Group, where they currently lead the development of ShopBase, an e-commerce platform that supports over 40,000 businesses globally. Previously, they served as the Head of the Big Data Department at Viettel Cyberspace Center, where they built Machine Learning environments and developed algorithms for major anti-spam solutions. William also co-founded a Vietnamese personal assistant project and has experience as a Network Security Engineer at Bkav Corp. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, earned in 2013.
