James Gallagher

James Gallagher has been working in software engineering since 1990, when they started at the University of Rhode Island. James began work at OPeNDAP in 2000, and became its President in 2015. James's work has focused on developing software to enable access to scientific data over the Internet.

James Gallagher has a MS in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island and a degree from Wilkes University.
