Ashley Simms is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in structured finance and general counsel roles. Currently, Ashley serves as the Director and Associate General Counsel at Opendoor since July 2022. Previously, Ashley held positions including Associate General Counsel at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco from August 2019 to July 2022, and as an Associate at prominent law firms such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Goodwin Procter LLP.
