Ryan Craven

Ryan Craven is an experienced professional in property management with a focus on leasing and community operations. Currently serving as the Homes Project Manager at Opendoor since June 2021, Ryan Craven assesses home conditions and manages renovation projects to ensure quality and adherence to budgets and timelines. Prior experience includes roles at New Forum from September 2014 to March 2021, where responsibilities ranged from Community Manager overseeing 337-unit properties to roles as Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Consultant, focusing on operations, budgeting, and resident retention. Earlier experience at MAA and American Campus Communities included roles that emphasized leasing support and administrative tasks within multi-family and student housing. Ryan Craven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has pursued additional education at High Point University.
