Tom Gannon

Tom Gannon is an experienced construction management professional currently serving as Area Construction Manager and Homes Project Manager at Opendoor since March 2022. In this role, Tom is responsible for conducting thorough home condition assessments, creating and managing renovation scopes while ensuring high standards of quality and customer care, and overseeing multiple ongoing renovation projects. Prior to Opendoor, Tom worked as a Field Engineer at Henkels & McCoy, Inc., where responsibilities included managing project performance across job sites and leading project meetings. Tom's earlier experience as a Material Operations Intern at KATERRA and as a General Contractor at GHI Construction provided a solid foundation in project management, quality assurance, and construction processes. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute.
