Trixie Roque

Trixie Roque has a strong background in software engineering and development, with experience in various roles and industries. Trixie is currently working at OpenDrives as the Lead DevOps QA Engineer since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Test Engineer for OpenDrives from January 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining OpenDrives, Trixie worked at Radii Robotics as a Software Engineer from June 2017 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing a prototype web portal for managing inspection data of wind farms and integrating advanced sensors into unmanned aerial vehicle platforms. Trixie also developed and tested autonomous drone control algorithms and 3D position estimation algorithms. Additionally, Trixie led flight testing, managed junior engineers, and provided training on coding standards.

Trixie gained earlier experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Rink Social Challenges LLC from February 2017 to July 2017. Trixie also held multiple roles at Loyola Marymount University, including Bioinformatics Research Assistant/Lead Developer from January 2015 to May 2017 and Computer Science Teaching Assistant from September 2014 to May 2017. Furthermore, Trixie worked as a Data Analytics Summer Research Assistant at the LSU Center for Computation and Technology in June 2016.
