Tee Ganbold

Tee Ganbold is Co-Founder and CEO at OpenESG, a global sustainability data infrastructure built for everyone (B2B SaaS). She was formerly Co-Founder and CMO of Clear AI, optimizing supply chains for sustainability (B2B SaaS).

At Clear AI, the team quickly realized the lack of non-financial / ESG data in global commerce. When we investigated this gap with corporates, lenders, insurers, investors and SMEs we learnt that the current ESG systems have a lot of friction: they’re manual, closed and expensive. This experience began Tee Ganbold’s mission to build a sustainability data infrastructure for her generation – built around the principles of Web3 and AI – and co-founded OpenESG.com in 2022.

Prior to this, Tee carried out global business operations roles for the solutions team at ConsenSys, a blockchain venture studio focused on building decentralised applications on Ethereum, and Cambridge Analytica, a data science consultancy. Tee has been working towards a global sustainable vision at 20 (in 2014) when she wrote her geopolitical thesis on the US’s alternative energy strategy, at 21 pitched alternative energy investments during her graduate job at a Norwegian energy, mining, shipping and food investment bank, and founded her first company at 23 (in 2016) to bring sustainable cashmere to the world.
