Christopher Howell

Christopher Howell is the Chief Executive Officer of OpenEVSE and a Senior Network Engineer at Jacobs. They lead OpenEVSE's open-source electric vehicle charging initiatives with a focus on cybersecurity and project execution, and hold CISSP and PMP certifications. Howell has over 25 years of expertise in networks and cybersecurity, including past roles at TYBRIN Corporation (1999–2013) and the U.S. Department of Defense (2012–2015), with additional positions at Northrop Grumman (2018–2019), Guilford Mills (1995–1997), and ComputerNET (1997–1999). They earned a Computer Technology degree from ECPI College of Technology (1996–1998) and studied at Guilford Technical Community College (1995–1997).
