John Okert has extensive experience in systems engineering and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Systems Engineering at OpenEye since August 2000. Prior to this role, John worked as a Lead Technician at Elite Distributing from January 1998 to August 2000, where responsibilities included installing and configuring workstations and servers as well as troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, John held the position of Senior Technician at Networking Solutions from April 1996 to June 1999, providing computer consulting and technical repair services. John studied at Washington State University from 1997 to 1998 and attended the University of Idaho from 1992 to 1993.
