Steve Browne

Steve Browne is a Principal Video Engineer at OpenEye, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Steve served as a Senior Software Engineer at Exacq from August 2011 to August 2022, focusing on video decoding, rendering, and performance for the exacqVision client. From August 2006 to August 2011, Steve was the Lead Software Engineer III at Pelco, leading the development of the DS product line for analog and IP camera solutions. Earlier experience includes working as an Applications Developer at Cooltec from July 2004 to August 2006, where Steve developed web-based applications using C#, VB.NET, and T-SQL. Steve holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Programming from American InterContinental University, obtained between April 2004 and September 2005.
