Taylor Pineiro, EMBA, currently serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at OpenField, a technology company focused on supporting justice-based organizations and unions. In this role since January 2024, Taylor has effectively built and led the Client Success team, implementing scalable onboarding and support systems while ensuring clients seamlessly adopt OpenField's tools. Prior to OpenField, Taylor held various positions at Altruist, Plumeria, and NationBuilder, establishing expertise in customer engagement, training, and support functions.
