Vivi Riebold

Vivi Riebold has worked in the software industry since 2011. Vivi began their career as a QA Tester at Pole To Win International, where they completed testing plans for various game modes and wrote detailed reports of bugs to be fixed by the development team. In 2014, Vivi became a Media Operations Contractor through TeamPersona at Facebook, where they processed user access and support requests for a Facebook product. From 2016 to 2019, Vivi worked as a Web QA Engineer and Customer Service Representative for a self-employed company. During this time, they ensured the quality of new feature launches and content additions to the web version of the Scribd platform, and responded to thousands of customer email tickets. In 2019, Vivi became a pixel pusher at ARTIST. Currently, Vivi is the Head Of QA at OpenField.

Vivi Riebold attended De Anza College from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. Vivi then attended California State University, Chico from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Graphics.
