Alex Rowles is currently the Head of Trading & Risk at OpenFX, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Commercial Director and Head of Trading at LMAX Group from 2023 to 2024. Alex has extensive experience in trading roles, including as an Execution Trader at G-Research and an FX Trader at Société Générale. They began their career as a Front Office Graduate Analyst at Newedge in 2011, where they rotated through various financial derivatives. Alex is a CAIA charterholder, a member of the Society of Technical Analysis, and a member of MENSA.
