José C. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. José started their career as a Student Web Developer at Oregon State University in 2005 and worked in various roles there, including Analyst Programmer 3, Lead Analyst Programmer 3, and Data Architect. In 2009, they interned as a Google summer of code intern at Moodle. In 2017, José joined comScore, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer before transitioning to OpenGov Inc. in 2019. At OpenGov Inc., they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer and is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer.

José C. obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University from 2008 to 2010.
