Manu Jha

Manu Jha is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and database administration. Currently serving as the Founder of OpenIntervue since January 2023, Manu has been instrumental in revolutionizing the interview process through the use of AI and machine learning technologies. Prior to this, Manu founded and led OKKJI as CEO from October 2020 to August 2022, focusing on modernizing traditional practices with innovative solutions. As CEO of ESYTHINK from February 2018 to August 2020, Manu addressed the needs of the education system. Manu's expertise also includes a significant role at the National Skill Development Corporation, where as Head of Special Projects, over 50 training centers were established and more than 20,000 students were trained. Previous experience includes positions as Project Lead at Techsan India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and as a Database Administrator at Oracle. Manu holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology and a Master's degree in Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration from Oracle SQL School.
