Eric Hirsch has extensive experience in sales leadership and training, currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales at OPENLANE since August 2014. In this role, Eric oversees sales training and works on enhancing sales strategy and process efficiency. Previously, Eric held various positions at OPENLANE, including Sales Performance Manager, Supervisor for Inside Sales Training, and Supervisor for MDA Buyer Engagement, as well as serving as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at ADESA. Earlier career experience includes the role of Account Executive at Enterprise Holdings, where Eric focused on training and developing management trainees and customer service representatives. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford.
