Ryan Miller has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ryan started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate from 1999 to 2002. Ryan then joined OPENLANE as an Assistant Corporate Controller from 2002 to 2007, where they were responsible for consolidation, monthly closing, budget analysis, and general accounting. From 2007 to 2017, Ryan served as the Director of Finance at OPENLANE, overseeing financial analysis, consolidation, and special projects for a $1.8 billion company with three primary business segments. Ryan then took on the role of Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis from 2017 to 2019, responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and special projects, including involvement in M&A activity and Investor Relations. Currently, Ryan is the VP of Finance at OPENLANE, serving as a senior financial leader for TradeRev and BacklotCars, both tech startups in the automotive B2B space. In this role, they have developed pricing models to drive top-line growth and led due diligence and financial integration for the acquisition of BacklotCars.

Ryan Miller earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 1999. Ryan then pursued an MBA with a focus on Finance at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2007 to 2009. In 2001, they obtained a CPA certification from the State of Indiana.
