Vinicius Mello

Vinicius Mello is a professional in Data and Machine Learning Engineering with over 9 years of experience. Currently, they serve as the Head of Solutions Engineering and Tech Advisor at Openlayer while also working as an AI Consultant since 2024. Previously, at Hurb, they held various roles including Chief Data and AI Officer and Senior Data Engineer, where they led initiatives that significantly enhanced data quality and optimized cloud costs. Vinicius completed an internship at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and worked as a researcher in machine learning applications for the Brazilian Navy.
