Prior to OpenLearning, Adam worked as a Senior Developer at Westpac Institutional Bank and as a Co-founder at Mijura. Adam also made significant contributions as a Consumer Activist through their website Vodafail.com, where they gathered and reported customer complaints to relevant authorities.

Adam's early career includes working at Macquarie Group as a Developer/Analyst on the Calypso Project and at Next Byte as a Sales Manager and Consultant. At Next Byte, they co-managed retail operations and handled customer relations, staff management, and employee training.
