Ksenia C. started their work experience at the SupportYourApp company in December 2017 as a Customer Support Representative. Ksenia then became a Customer Support Team Lead from February 2018 to March 2019. In July 2019, they interned in the Human Resources Department before becoming a Customer Success Manager from March to November 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Ksenia worked at iHerb, LLC as a Customer Solutions Expert.

In September 2020, they joined Checkout X as a Customer Success Specialist, and in September 2021, they became the Lead UX/UI Designer at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they currently work.

Ksenia C. started their education at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. In 2016, they attended Ukrainian IT School and received a Certificate in Web, UI/UX Design. Ksenia then pursued further education at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2021 to 2023, where they are currently earning a Diploma in Mobile Apps Design and Development. Ksenia C. has also obtained additional certifications, including JavaScript (Basic) from HackerRank in March 2022 and The Complete Sketch 5 Course - Design Apps & Websites 2020 from Udemy in May 2020. Ksenia also received a Certificate in Web, UI/UX Design from Ukrainian IT School in December 2016. Additionally, Ksenia C. has a Certificate in Advanced English (C1) from Cambridge Assessment English obtained in July 2016 and TOEFL iBT certification from ETS obtained in October 2020.
