Marsyitah Ismail

Marsyitah Ismail has a diverse work experience in the field of education and training. Marsyitah is currently the Head of Training & Professional Development at OpenLearning Limited. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Learning Services at OpenLearning Global (M) Sdn Bhd. Marsyitah also worked as a Course Design Manager at OpenLearning Malaysia. Before joining OpenLearning, Marsyitah was an Instructional Design Manager at the Asian Institute of Finance and an Instructional Designer at Open University Malaysia. Marsyitah also worked as an Education Technologist at UNITAR International University. Marsyitah's earlier experiences include working as an Education Programs Executive at LeapEd Services Sdn. Bhd, a Tutor / Instructional Designer at the University of Malaya, an Instructional Designer at Wawasan Open University, and a Practical Trainee at the ICT Group of Companies. Throughout their career, Marsyitah has been involved in various responsibilities such as instructional design, learning management system development, program development, research, data analysis, and policy drafting.

Marsyitah Ismail pursued their education from 2002 to 2005 at Kolej Universiti Teknikal Kebangsaan Malaysia, where they obtained a degree in computer science with a specialization in interactive media. Marsyitah later enrolled at the University of Malaya and completed their Masters degree from 2008 to 2011. Marsyitah'sfield of study during their Masters was CGPA and Instructional Technology.
