Minyi Tsai

Minyi Tsai is a UX Designer at OpenLearning Limited (ASX: OLL) since August 2021, where responsibilities include employing design thinking methodologies to enhance user experience on various platforms, designing features for web and mobile applications, and collaborating closely with engineering teams. Previously, Minyi served as an Associate Experience Designer at the University of Sydney from March 2019 to September 2021, focusing on human-centered design and ethnographic research. Minyi also gained experience as a Design Research Intern at the University of Sydney, conducting user research related to the student campus experience. Minyi holds a Master of Interaction Design & Electronic Arts from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Creative Industries from QUT, complemented by GCE Advanced Level studies at Raffles Institution.
