Yoel Mali

Yoel Mali is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management across diverse organizations. Currently serving as VP People - Global at OpenLM since January 2022, Yoel previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Pelephone, where oversight of a department with approximately 2,000 employees was managed. Prior roles include VP of Human Resources at Tel Aviv University, overseeing a team of 60 within a 10,000-employee organization, and Director of HR at The Standards Institution of Israel, managing HR for an organization of over 1,200 employees across 16 sites. Yoel began a career at Tnuva as HR Manager, focusing on talent development and organizational integration. Academically, Yoel holds an M.A. in HR Management from the University of Derby and a B.A. in Business Administration and HR Management from Ruppin Academic Center.
