Alex Pandajis

Alex Pandajis, DNP, serves as Medical Director at OpenLoop since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in healthcare delivery and leadership. Previously, Alex worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Curai Health in 2023 and held the role of Lead Nurse Practitioner at Lemonaid Health from 2019 to 2024, where responsibilities included clinical leadership and scaling operations across telehealth platforms. Alex's background also includes serving as a Professor of Nursing at Chamberlain University and providing primary care in a private practice. During a fellowship at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Alex managed a diverse panel of veterans with complex health needs. Alex holds a DNP from Quinnipiac University and completed a course on Innovations in Teamwork for Health Care at Harvard Online in early 2025.
