Alice Shang

Alice Shang currently serves as Chief of Staff at OpenLoop since October 2024. Previously, Alice co-founded Safrn Health, a company dedicated to providing multidisciplinary care for women-specific chronic conditions, from January 2022 to January 2024. Other experience includes participating as a Founders Fellow at Primary Venture Partners in 2023, focusing on supporting new startups, as well as contributing to business operations and strategy at Found, a digital health company, in 2022. Alice also completed an MBA internship at Atomic, a venture studio, in the summer of 2022. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
