Richard Ferguson

Richard Ferguson is the current Chairman at OpenLoop. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Chairman at Malum Terminus Technologies, Inc/Intellisee from January 2019 to February 2020. Richard was also the Chairman of the Board at MZ Development, Inc from November 2018 to July 2021, when it was acquired by Pearson. From August 2014 to September 2022, they were the Director at College Raptor, which was acquired by Citizens Financial Group in 2022. From April 2014 to May 2016, they were the Chairman of the Board at OpenEd.io before it was acquired by ACT. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Academic Partnerships from September 2010 to August 2013.

Richard Ferguson completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Assessment, Evaluation, and Research at the University of Pittsburgh. Richard also completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Mathematics at Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mathematics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
