Tom Derrick is the Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of OpenMarkets, a software-driven marketplace for healthcare equipment. Tom has been with the company for 11 years and 2 months, and is responsible for all aspects of the company, with a particular emphasis on marketing and strategy.
Prior to joining OpenMarkets, Tom was the Director of Communication & International Sales for Dr. Comfort, a rapidly growing private healthcare manufacturing company. Tom Derrick holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University and an MBA from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Their MBA is in a dual concentration of Health Sector Management and Entrepreneurship. During their time at DePaul, they were the founder and president of the AcademyHealth Student Chapter.
