Jason Wilson

Jason Wilson has over 20 years of professional experience in product and marketing, software development, professional services, and systems engineering.

In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Product & Marketing at OpenMethods, where they are responsible for defining and executing the company's product strategy, product marketing, go-to-market, and product management.

From 2019 to 2021, they were President & Founder of Calm Philosophy, a company they created from a vision and concept.

From 2010 to 2019, they held various roles at VHT, including Director of Product Marketing, Director of Software Development, Professional Services Manager, Solutions Architect, and Integration Engineer.

From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Infrastructure Specialist II at Washington Mutual Card Services, where they were in charge of the engineering, architecture, and administration of voice applications & windows server environment.

From 2003 to 2006, they were a Lead Systems Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation, providing systems administration for Windows-based servers, using Active Directory.

From 1999 to 2003, they were a System Administrator at Providian Financial, where they administrated the digital voice recording servers and engineered the upgrade of all corporate Voice Monitoring servers.

Jason Wilson attended Global Knowledge from 2005 to 2006, where they studied Nortel Symposium Call Center Server. Jason also attended Ascolta for Cisco Network and Contact Center Training, New Horizons College for Scripting and Database Administration, and SIP School where they obtained a SIP SSCA Certification in SIP, Troubleshooting SIP, SIP Methodology, VoIP, Networking, Unified Communications, and CTI.
