Colm Niland

Colm Niland has a comprehensive work history in the software engineering field. Colm started their career at Aldiscon as a Software Engineer in 1996 and continued in the same role at LogicaCMG. At LogicaCMG, they advanced to the position of Senior Software Engineer and worked there until 2003. In 2004, Colm joined Anam Mobile as a Senior Software Engineer and stayed with the company until 2006. Since 2006, they have been associated with Openmind Networks, initially as a Senior Software Engineer and then as a Lead Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Software Architect at Openmind Networks.

Colm Niland completed their education at the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a degree in Business. Subsequently, from 1995 to 1996, Colm obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL® 4 Foundation CPD certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2021.
