Rod Dewar

Rod Dewar, ICD.D, currently serves as a Director for OpenMined and Alitis Investment Counsel while holding a position on the Finance Committee for E-Comm 911. With a wealth of experience, Rod also directs and chairs audit and conduct review committees for both British Columbia Automobile Association BCAA and BlueShore Financial, a $6 billion financial services organization. As the Board Chair of Consumer Protection BC, Rod oversees a not-for-profit Crown Corporation that regulates various industries. An active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors since 2007, Rod previously chaired the board of Nicola Wealth Management Ltd., a $14 billion wealth management firm, and held strategic roles at the Victoria Airport Authority. Educational credentials include an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and an Executive Development Program certification from Ivey Business School.
