Allen DeRonde

Allen DeRonde has worked in the legal and business affairs field since 2013. Allen began their career at Lionsgate, where they held the role of Office of International Business and Legal Affairs from 2013 to 2015. Allen then moved to BLOOM Film, where they were the Manager of Business and Legal Affairs from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Chemistry Holdings Inc. as General Counsel, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they became Senior Vice President at Form Factory, Inc. and has been Head of Business Affairs at OpenNode since 2022.
