Iva Teneva

Iva Teneva has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Iva recently worked at OpenPayd as the Head of Corporate Due Diligence, starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Merchant Review at OpenPayd from September 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining OpenPayd, Iva worked at Paysafe Group for several years. Iva started as a Customer Support Specialist in July 2013, assisting customers in Japanese, English, and French. Iva then served as a Complaints Specialist, assessing and responding to customer complaints from December 2014 to March 2016. After that, they worked as a Compliance Analyst in the RFI team, assisting law enforcement agencies and banking partners with information requests about transactions carried out on Paysafe's digital wallets.

Earlier in their career, Iva worked at Harakenzo World Patent and Trademark as a Paralegal/Japanese-English translator from January 2011 to November 2011. Iva'stasks included processing patent-related documents, submitting them to the Japan Patent Office, handling correspondence, and translating legal updates.

Iva Teneva earned a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Studies from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, attending from 2002 to 2007. Iva later pursued a Master's Degree in Japanese Studies at Osaka University, from 2008 to 2010.
