Alec Tse

Customer Success Manager at Openprise

Alec Tse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alec most recently worked at Openprise, starting in May 2021 as a Customer Success Associate and later promoted to the role of Sr. Customer Success Associate in March 2022. Prior to that, Alec worked at eGain Corporation as a Customer Success Specialist from January 2019 to November 2019. Alec also has experience as an Assistant Manager at Tse Koi from May 2012 to December 2018 and as a Team Lead at Insane Ink from August 2014 to May 2015.

Alec Tse attended Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General. In 2020, they furthered their education at edX, studying Computer Programming. Additionally, Alec earned a certification in Python Basics for Data Science from IBM in August 2020.
