Nick Liddle

Nick Liddle currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at Openr since June 2025, driving data and AI innovation in the hospitality sector. Prior to this, Liddle was VP Commercial at Vita Mojo from September 2018 to May 2025, where efforts focused on establishing a digital brand and expanding operations across Europe. Liddle also held the position of Commercial Director at Vita Mojo, building B2B solutions and overseeing sales and marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes roles such as Sales Director, Operations Director, and General Manager at Lexington Catering from November 2007 to August 2018, as well as Hospitality Manager at BaxterStorey from June 2006 to October 2007. Liddle holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Modern Languages from the University of Bath, earned between September 1995 and June 1999.
