Paul Barnes

Paul Barnes is a Support Engineer at OpenRad since February 2023, providing first line support to NHS mobile unit users. Previously, Paul worked as an Online Shopper at Sainsbury's from August 2021 to February 2023, and as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners from October 2015 to December 2018, where promotional advancements were achieved to Product Advisor and Fruit and Veg Specialist. Earlier experience includes volunteering as an Assistant at TechStart, supporting customers with IT needs, and working as a Labourer and Gardener at Skilled Up on community projects. Paul has also served in technical roles with Aligned Assets, CityLink Express, and the University of Surrey, accumulating extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Education includes obtaining GCSEs at Cove School.
