Jacob Feldman

Jacob Feldman is the Founder and CTO of OpenRules, Inc. since April 2003, and serves as Chair of DecisionCAMP since January 2016. Feldman has been the Specification and Maintenance Lead for the JSR-331 Standard "Java Constraint Programming API" since March 2010 and has managed the Decision Management Community since May 2014. Previously, Feldman was the Principal Investigator and Senior Research Fellow at Cork Constraint Computation Centre from January 2006 to January 2011 and worked as a Software Development Lead at various companies, including System Automation, Solution Dynamics, IntelEngine, and Exigen from 1990 to 2006. Feldman specializes in the development of complex real-world decision-making applications and software products, focusing on Business Rules, Machine Learning, and Optimization technologies.
