Sébastien Blavier

Co-founder & Managing Director at OpenSC

Sébastien Blavier's work experience begins in 2009 as the Head of International Policies at Climate Action Network Europe. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Greenpeace in various roles, including Campaign Lead for Save the Reef and Strategist for Climate & Energy. In 2017, they joined WWF-Australia as a Senior Manager focusing on Sustainable Business in food and innovation. In 2019, they became a member of Mouvement Impact France and also co-founded and became a Director of OpenSC, a global impact venture backed by WWF and BCG, which utilizes supply chain transparency technology to verify low-carbon and sustainable food production.

Sébastien Blavier received their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management & Business Strategy from KEDGE Business School, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2017, they also took a Cultural Competence Course in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander at the Centre For Cultural Competence Australia.
