Sherry Tang

Sherry Tang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sherry currently works as a Product Owner for Openscreen, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were a Product Manager at Aeolus Robotics Inc. from June 2022 to October 2022.

Sherry spent a significant amount of time at IBM, where they held different positions. Sherry worked as a Senior Application Consultant from February 2020 to May 2022 and as an Application Consultant from April 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were an Analytics Consultant at IBM from September 2017 to April 2019.

In addition, Sherry has experience as a Business Intelligence Software Developer at IBM from May 2015 to August 2016. Prior to joining IBM, they worked as a Channel Sales Coordinator at Intel Corporation from April 2013 to April 2015.

Sherry started their career as a Finance Intern at SDI Marketing from May 2014 to August 2014. Overall, Sherry has a strong background in various product, application, and analytics roles, with experience in both technical and business areas.

Sherry Tang received their H. Bachelors of Commerce in Information Systems from McMaster University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Milliken Mills High School from 2008 to 2012. In terms of certifications, Sherry has obtained the following: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2021, Python for Data Science from IBM in November 2018, Digital Insights - Knowledge Delivery from IBM in October 2018, Travel & Transportation Industry Foundations from IBM in August 2018, and Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2021. Additionally, they have also completed the IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification, although the completion date is not specified.
