Conrad Lombard

Conrad Lombard is an experienced senior manager specializing in billing, settlements, and dispute management, currently working at Openserve since September 2016, overseeing international billing and settlements exceeding R1 billion annually, as well as national debtors and dispute management totaling R16 billion. Prior to Openserve, Conrad spent over two decades at Telkom in various leadership roles, including senior manager for wholesale international carrier services, where responsibilities encompassed billing operations, dispute negotiation, and financial management. With a solid educational background in marketing and sales management from Tshwane University of Technology, Conrad has also demonstrated expertise in account management, business development, and strategic relationship management within the telecommunications industry.
