John Smidt

John Smidt is an experienced professional in service integration management with a strong background in client operations and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Service Integration Manager at Openserve since August 2022, John previously held several key positions at BCX from May 2014 to December 2022, including Senior Service Integration Manager, Service Integration Manager, and Client Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing service delivery for clients in the Mining and Petrochemical industries. Earlier in career at Civic Data Services from March 1998 to October 1999, John worked as a Data Cable Technician and Team Leader, overseeing installations and network troubleshooting.
