Kylen Naidoo

Kylen Naidoo is a Senior Specialist at Openserve, currently focusing on TPD & TLM projects. They graduated from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with a BSc in Electronic Engineering and later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town. Kylen began their career as a Graduate Engineer at Umgeni Water, where they gained valuable experience in instrumentation and control projects. Since joining Openserve, they have progressed through various roles, culminating in their current position, where they lead projects and continually seek process improvements. Kylen is recognized for being honest, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a passion for solving challenging problems.
